Agreement For Terms of Service

Website Suspension

In the event of account or website suspension due to activities such as phishing, scamming, or any other form of malicious or unauthorized behavior, it is imperative to understand that Cyber Coeus Enterprise operates strictly as a service provider and cannot be held liable for the actions conducted by its clients or end-users. All users are expected to engage with our platforms responsibly and in full compliance with our Terms of Service and applicable laws.

Furthermore, if a website is suspended or taken offline for any reason related to client misconduct or policy violations, the client shall assume full financial responsibility for:

  • The procurement of a new domain name and hosting plan
  • All associated developer or technical fees incurred in the process of recreating or restoring the website
  • Any additional administrative or legal costs incurred due to the breach

We encourage all clients to conduct their online operations ethically and in adherence to industry best practices.

Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

It is to be clearly and unequivocally stated that all scripts, source code, and proprietary frameworks developed by Cyber Coeus Enterprise in the course of building a client’s website remain the sole intellectual property of Cyber Coeus Enterprise, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing through a separate licensing or ownership transfer agreement.

By engaging our services to develop a website, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the final product for its intended purpose. However, this does not confer ownership of the underlying code, scripts, or developmental assets used in the creation of the website.

Clients are not permitted to copy, resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the codebase without explicit authorization. Unauthorized use or distribution of proprietary scripts will be treated as a breach of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

This clause ensures the protection of our development standards, innovation, and technical integrity.

Refund Policy

At Cyber Coeus Enterprise, client satisfaction is a top priority. However, due to the nature of digital development and third-party service dependencies, our refund policy is bound by specific conditions.

Refunds are only considered within a maximum of seven (7) calendar days from the date the website is officially delivered or marked as completed. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for review.

Refunds, where applicable, will only cover labor or service fees directly associated with the website development. Costs incurred for third-party services such as domain registration, web hosting, email service subscriptions, SSL certificates, and other tools or plugins used to enable the functionality of the website are strictly non-refundable.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing, with a clear explanation of the issue. Upon review, if deemed valid and within the acceptable timeframe, a partial refund covering the development service fees may be issued at the discretion of Cyber Coeus Enterprise.

This policy ensures transparency and fairness while accounting for non-recoverable operational expenses.

Termination of Service

All services provided by Cyber Coeus Enterprise are valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of commencement, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. During this period, Cyber Coeus Enterprise reserves the full right to unilaterally terminate the service relationship with any client under the following conditions:

  • Repeated failure to demonstrate understanding or cooperation
  • Persistent, unwarranted complaints or unreasonable demands
  • Any form of verbal abuse, violent threats, harassment, or behavior deemed hostile or unsafe
  • Breach of our Terms of Service or engagement in unethical practices

In the event of such termination, Cyber Coeus Enterprise is under no obligation to provide backups, source code, or developmental scripts associated with the project. Additionally, we reserve the right to permanently block access to communication channels, platforms, or service portals if deemed necessary to protect our team and operations.

By using our services, you acknowledge and accept that professional conduct is a fundamental requirement of our working relationship. Mutual respect and cooperation are non-negotiable.

Payment Details (Security Breach)

At Cyber Coeus Enterprise, we strongly advocate for proactive monitoring and security vigilance when managing your website’s payment infrastructure. Clients are solely responsible for safeguarding their payment channels—including, but not limited to, cryptocurrency wallet addresses, third-party payment gateways, and banking details—against unauthorized access or data breaches.

We highly recommend that clients:

  • Regularly audit and monitor their payment methods for any unusual or unauthorized activity
  • Implement multi-factor authentication and up-to-date encryption practices
  • Take immediate action in the event of suspicious transactions or wallet address alterations

While we offer development and deployment services, Cyber Coeus Enterprise does not and will never modify, tamper with, or access your payment methods under any circumstance. The security of financial transactions lies exclusively with the client.

Please note: In the event of a data breach, hack, or compromise of your payment method, Cyber Coeus Enterprise will not be held liable for any financial loss, data leakage, or reputational damage incurred. Clients are fully responsible for maintaining the integrity of their own payment systems.

Safety is not optional—it's operational.

Websites Backup

It's super important to have a backup of your website. If anything goes wrong, like data loss or unexpected issues, having a backup can save the day! Just a friendly reminder, if there's no backup, I won't be able to take responsibility for any potential data loss. I will always remind you from time to time if backup is needed. Better safe than sorry. It only costs 7k for my fuel and data.

Website Security

I want you to know that I've put in my best efforts to secure your website. However, it's important to stay vigilant because hackers are always finding new ways to gain access. Keep an eye out and take necessary precautions to ensure the ongoing safety of your website. Safety first, my friend! 🔒😊
NOTE: i will not be responsible for any loss if you do not check your website address regularly cause i cannot guarantee your website not being hacked

Network Downtime

Just wanted to give you a heads up that server downtime can happen occasionally, and it might cause some issues. But no worries! If anything comes up, I'm here for you 24/7 to attend to any problems that may arise. Your website is in good hands! 😊👍

Threat to Life

I understand the importance of ensuring safety and resolving any issues with your website. In the event of any threats to life related to website issues, I will take immediate action, including contacting the proper authorities and pursuing legal action if necessary. If there are serious concerns, blocking access to me permanently may also be considered.

Additionally, if any threat to life is made, I will immediately provide you with your website files and database so you can manage them yourself from that moment forward. This also applies to any accusations made against me. My priority is ensuring a safe and professional working relationship.
